"5 stars for outstanding customer service!! We had a wedding dinner planned and the scheduled caterer did not show up. We called to see if they could feed 50 people, and they showed up! Less than 30 min later they provided a meal for our guests, and some didnt even know there had been an issue. We cannot thank them enough for coming through!!! Great good, and excellent service!! "Ding, ding, ding .... we have a winner here. 45 min drive worth every penny. Very friendly staff. Lots of options for food to include the sides. The brisket was very tender and flavorful. The turkey was very moist tender and had an awesome taste as well. The pulled pork was moist and had a great flavor. All the sides were top notch. I was a little skeptical about kettle chips because I don't normally like them but however these were an exception. Before I forget the brisket Chili was phenomenal! It is a sweet Chili not spicy at all but very hardy and served hot. The restaurant was a little small, but very clean and organized. The portion sizes seemed very generous. If I were to knit pick something the BBQ sauce seemed very thin and I prefer thicker sauce. I can't wait to come back."

"I took my mother out here to pick up a truck and she saw this place and she wanted to try it. And omg the food was so good. I love their brisket, mac and cheese burrito. It was the greatest brisket I ever had and I'm really picky with my brisket. I'm from Michigan and this was worth the 1 hour drive to come here. I would rate this 10 out of 10 if I could give it."

"We were in a bind on our wedding day when our original caterer completely dropped the ball -- just minutes before dinner for a party of 50. My wife called Outlaw Smokehouse in Napoleon and explained the situation, and they didn't hesitate to help. Within about 15-20 minutes, they had pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, rolls, coleslaw, and salad ready to go -- hot and prepared for serving. Their quick response and willingness to step up on such short notice made all the difference. We're extremely grateful for how fast and accommodating they were. "Nice little BBQ place. Two of us got the two meat with two sides and a drink. It's a lot of food. We could have shared it and been fire. The brisket and pork were good. The baked beans, chili, and chips were great. Staff was very nice and helpful! Reasonably priced."
